TripSafely Information

It's no secret that students of all ages gain valuable learning experiences when they get out of the classroom and into the wider world, but too often teachers are afraid to organise the shortest visit outside of school due to red tape. Tripafely provides a real, workable solution to this problem. Developed specifically for schools and colleges, TripSafely is a simple and user-friendly online trip management system that supports organisers of school trips so they can plan and manage a school trip safely. The new, easy to use on-line system allows teachers to risk assess and develop all kinds of educational trips - from an overseas skiing holiday, to a day trip to a local museum. TripSafely provides guidance, templates, policies and procedures to ensure that all trips are organised to a consistently high professional standard of quality and safety. The system was developed to comply with DCSF guidance "Health and Safety of Pupils on Educational Visits", British Standard 8848 and many other legal regulations schools and teachers must comply with.
