Tripler Army Fisher Houses provide a comfortable temporary "home away from home", filled with warm, caring people who help family members endure the stresses associated with a loved one’s serious medical condition. The Fisher House enables families to stay together, cook meals, complete laundry, and relax in a welcoming atmosphere. There are no other facilities on military installations which provide this caring, compassionate environment. Families do not pay to stay at a Fisher House. Fees at Army, Navy, and Air Force Fisher Houses are underwritten by Fisher House Foundation. While we all wish there were no need for Fisher Houses, the reality of life is that thousands of active duty and retired military and veterans’ families are served each year by this wonderful network of beautiful homes!
