TripleCare (formerly eSNF) provides physician services, telemedicine equipment, and proprietary software to nursing facilities to enable the delivery of medical care from a distance. TripleCare works hand-in-hand with a nursing facility’s existing staff to help treat patients on-site and deliver care on par with a hospital’s emergency department. This service helps deliver better care, avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, and provide an ROI for all parties. TripleCare, founded by a board-certified geriatrician and healthcare operations specialist, began delivering clinical services in November 2011.
