TripleC is a BAFTA-winning, disabled-led community interest company. We work nationally to improve equity, access, and representation for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent (DDN) people across the arts, screen, and media sectors. We provide comprehensive access training and consultancy services, developed and delivered by DDN professionals with current industry experience. Our work focuses on helping organisations implement practical, long-term inclusive practices across all of their operations. Our Services * Access & Inclusion Training: We deliver training levels ranging from foundational access essentials for general teams to strategic guidance for Heads of Department and senior leaders. * Creative Consultancy: We connect production companies, broadcasters, and creative organisations with specialist teams for script development, storyline advice, sensitivity reads, and on-set access solutions. * Operational Integration: We provide targeted training to implement accessibility across specific business areas, including recruitment, production, marketing, front of house, and industry events. Projects & Initiatives * DANC (Disabled Artists Networking Community): A professional network providing regular events, masterclasses, and workshops that connect DDN creatives directly with industry decision-makers and employment opportunities. * Youth & Community Theatre: A fully accessible weekly youth theatre programme based in Manchester city centre, alongside drama workshops for disabled children, teenagers, and adults. We collaborate regularly with freelance creatives, cast, and crew to ensure our training and consultancy reflect current industry working practices and pressures.
