Triple C Services Information

Triple C Services is an Adelaide-based NDIS registered provider specialising in Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, with a strong focus on supporting people living with psychosocial disabilities and mental health challenges. Our team brings a background in psychology, mental health support, and community services. We understand that navigating the NDIS can be complex, particularly for participants experiencing mental health difficulties. Our role is to provide practical guidance, build trust, and help participants move forward at a pace that works for them. We are particularly strong in coordinating complex supports, connecting participants with the right providers, and working collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and community services. Through a person-centred and strengths-based approach, we help participants understand their plans, navigate services, and build the capacity and confidence to manage their supports over time. At Care & Connection Coordination, our focus is not only on coordinating services, but also on building meaningful connections that support long-term wellbeing, independence, and recovery.
