The Arc is the largest national community-based organization advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. CSG was founded in 1972 with the goal of providing community-based mental health and intellectual & developmental disability (IDD) services throughout Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania.
