Trinity Rehab is an outpatient physical therapy group with 27 clinics across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, headquartered in Red Bank, NJ. Since 2001, we've helped patients recover with confidence, move better and get back to the activities they love. We're built on three words: Treat. Grow. Thrive. TREAT: Patient-first, evidence-based care with advanced tools like EPAT shockwave therapy and the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill. Automated check-in, state-of-the-art kiosks and an AI inbound call agent keep the busywork off our clinicians' plates, so they can focus on patients. GROW: Clinical mentorship from day one, new grad training, up to $1,000 a year in CEU reimbursement for staff PTs ($1,500 for clinic directors), paid education days, a MedBridge subscription, tuition repayment and clinical ladders.
