Manage day-to-day requirements of tasting room - including staffing , staff training, wine education, menu planning and food orders, wine sales, retail display and sales, and most importantly - making our guests feel welcome and appreciated by providing them the best possible experience - to accompany some of the best Virginia wines available. In addition, Alex is the Artist in Residence at the winery. The winery gallery features Alex's original watercolors and limited edition prints, and will soon offer art classes at the winery - with accompanying glass of wine!

A local, sustainable vineyard that produces handcrafted wines and spirits in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. A trip to the Finger Lakes region of New York inspired Linda and Randy Rice to make wine. Their hobby turned into a passion. So, they gave up good careers to pursue their dream of opening a vineyard and winery in the Poconos. When that went well, they added a distillery. Soon, they will open a new winery building and event venue. Then, they plan to add a brewery.
