Bay Gardens Resorts is a multi award winning, Saint Lucian owned hotel chain consisting of 4 hotels, 233 rooms, 2 villas, 6 conference rooms, 4 restaurants and 5 bars all located in Rodney Bay Village in Saint Lucia. The group's flagship property is the Bay Gardens Beach Resort which consists of 76 rooms and located on Reduit Beach, considered to be one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The Beach Resort's facilities include two restaurants, a watersports and dive shop, gift shop, Illumenesse Spa and a conference centre. The Beach Resort caters to both leisure and business travellers as well as honeymooners and families. Bay Gardens Hotel is an 88 room mid sized hotel that was built in 1995. The Hotel was the original property in the Bay Gardens chain and has won several awards for its cuisine. The Hotel caters to business travellers as well as families and honeymooners. The Hotel has 3 conference facilities and includes 8 self contained 2 bedroom suites. The Bay Gardens Inn (33 rooms) opened in 1999 and was awarded Best Small Hotel in the Caribbean by Virgin Holodays in 2006. The Inn caters heavily to business travellers and groups but also has a high level of repeat business from leisure travellers and caters to "weddingmooners". Splash Island Water Park is located on the the Northwest coast of St. Lucia, on the popular Reduit Beach, Splash Island is the Caribbean's first open-water sports park. Newly opened in August 2015, Splash Island is located near the multi-award-winning Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa located in Rodney Bay Village, Gros Islet, St. Lucia.

Hidden Beach Recordings is a wholly independent record label distributed by Universal Music Group Distribution founded in 1998 by seasoned music industry executive Steve McKeever.
