As the President/CEO and sole owner, Ms. Alicia Garcia-Abner was formerly a Contract Negotiator and the Director of MBE/WBE/DBE Certification for the City of Chicago and later the Director of Contracts Management for the Chicago Public Schools Trinal offers both professional and technical services to clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors in the areas of compliance auditing, project management, develop, facilitate, implement, and monitor and report on your business and workforce hiring initiatives. Trinal also provides contractor/vendor sourcing to assist your organization in finding potential contractors, vendors and suppliers that can provide services for specific trade areas for your project. Trinal also assist in the development of career pathway programs by facilitating efforts with local stakeholders, high schools and community colleges with our clients whether through student internship programs or mentor protégé programs for small businesses seeking to expand in the areas that our clients core business are in to assist in the development of small businesses capacity growth programs. Additionally, Trinal owns the copyright on its Global Project Tracking System (“GPTS®”), which is an all-in-one cloud-based solution specifically suited to assist in the tracking and generating reports on all business spend, workforce hiring, local residency, and prevailing wage requirements.
