Our Classes are taught by certified and passionate Lagree Instructors. In a 45 min class you can expect a high energy, fast paced workout that will improve cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, flexibility, core strength, balance and mental health. All while remaining low impact and safe on the joints. The Lagree Fitness Method is the most innovative approach to full body conditioning. Our Costa Mesa location also offers 30 minute high intensity XXX Climb classes taught on the Versa Climber.
