Trilith LIVE Information

Trilith LIVE is a 530,000-square-foot live entertainment complex located in the Town at Trilith, a master-planned community in south metro Atlanta. The venue features a 2,200-seat theater, luxury cinema, two 25,000-square-foot sound stages, insert stages, production suites, meeting rooms, and over 120,000 square feet of creative office and support space. Purpose-built for versatility, Trilith LIVE is designed to accommodate a wide range of programming including concerts, performing arts, live TV tapings, rehearsals, conventions, corporate gatherings, and community celebrations. Phase I is active and has hosted pre-tour rehearsals for national artists and more than 200 game show tapings. With the December 2025 opening of Phase II, the venue now includes the main theater, a central outdoor plaza, and expanded guest amenities. As a nonprofit venue, Trilith LIVE is committed to expanding Georgia’s entertainment footprint and creative economy.
