Trident Services is the developer of the z/OS environment-enhancement software tools zOSEM and CICS/EM. Trident Services continues to develop and enhance its software products to keep pace with industry changes, emerging technologies and client-driven needs. The Trident Professional Services Division provides a wide range of IBM operating systems technical support services to clients with systems running on IBM z, i & p Series enterprise servers. All services are designed to augment client in-house staff with highly experienced, US based, technical support talent as needed.
