TRiCBIO Information

TRiCBIO develops human organoid models and translational research programs for biopharma, biotech, CRO and research teams. We connect fit-for-purpose human models with imaging, histological, molecular and functional readouts to support target validation, candidate evaluation and next-stage R&D decisions. Our platform includes PDO 2.0 / air–liquid interface tumor-immune organoids, conventional tumor PDOs, normal-tissue organoids, disease and barrier models, and custom model development. Representative applications include immuno-oncology, ADC distribution and response, combination and mechanism studies, and organ-specific safety research. Each project begins with the biological question, candidate modality, model requirements and decision criteria. We define model QC, controls, exposure conditions and interpretable endpoints before execution, and communicate both what the evidence supports and its limitations. Organoid evidence is intended to complement—not replace—in vivo, clinical or regulatory evidence. TRiCBIO operates R&D and project delivery in China and supports global collaboration.
