TribSys is a company that uses a systems approach to help our clients find the best lubricants and surface coatings for improving process operation. We excel in solving problems for the most severe conditions especially metal stamping processes. Our clients include Automotive OEM's, Tier 1 and 2 stampers, Steel and Aluminum suppliers, and we supply test equipment to most of the lubricant and additive formulators. A key to our success is our ability to act as an intermediary between the material and lubricant suppliers and the end users. With over 30 years experience we have a solid track record of reducing scrap, rework, and die maintenance by working with the tool room, production personnel, and suppliers to find the root cause of problems. Once a problem is identified we develop a plan to find the optimal process conditions (including Stamping, Deep Drawing, CNC Bending, and Hydroforming). This proven method has resulted in millions of dollars in annual savings for many of our clients.
