For over 30 years, Serenity House has consistently and successfully met the increasing demands for substance abuse treatment through our full continuum of care that includes Adult and Adolescent Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient services, DUI, as well as our Halfway Houses and Recovery Homes. Our Halfway House services are unique in DuPage County as we remain the only facility of its kind offering a 90-day Extended Residential Treatment program specific to assisting individuals recovering from substance abuse. Our programs provide a holistic approach that focuses on integrating men and women back into their surroundings as self-sufficient, productive members of their communities while improving the quality of life for their families. Serenity House began as a four-bed cottage in 1985. Today, we host a current capacity of 107 beds in our men and women’s residential programs and over 200 individuals in our outpatient programs. Through the years, treatment has developed into a broad range of interventions and now includes individual counseling, group counseling, family support including family nights, and sober fun activities.

Safe Harbor Recovery Center, located in Portsmouth, Virginia, provides a safe, structured environment for men and women struggling with a substance use disorder. Clients reside at the facility during treatment, receiving access to 24/7 care and support from a team of credentialed recovery professionals.

Momentum Recovery is an addiction and mental health treatment program for young men and women in need of extended care and transitional living options. Our gender-specific programs, The Cove Women's Program and The Creek Men's Program, offer comprehensive clinical and life skills programming from a holistic perspective. We are located in Wilmington, NC just a few minutes from Wrightsville and Carolina Beaches. We offer unlimited possibilities for personal growth, recreation, and continued progress. Momentum specializes in facilitating goal development and attainment in a therapeutic, adventurous setting. We offer individualized, all-inclusive programming and unlimited access to our well qualified staff.
