Tri-Unity Infusion Services Information

Tri-Unity Infusion Services is a full-service Specialty Pharmacy, currently undergoing construction of a new facility in New Buffalo, MI. Equipped with a state-of-the-art cleanroom, we will have the capabilities to compound and deliver medications for infusion and injection. We will also carry oral medications. Tri-unity is also building an operational plan to revolutionize the services provided by a typical Specialty Pharmacy. In addition to providing medications for home infusion and injection, Tri-Unity will offer it’s unique Patient Advocacy program. As a Specialty Pharmacy, in addition to providing patients with the medications needed for their treatment, Tri-Unity will partner with HHIO to provide a host of patient advocacy services to give patients the level of service they desire: - Hi-Tech Infusions: Tri-Unity provides hi-tech infusions in the patient's home or work setting. Specialty Injectables: A skilled nurse will provide thorough, personalized training and if requested, will administer the injection. - Prior Authorization Insurance Assistance: Tri-Unity navigates the insurance landscape for patients. We can coordinate any necessary administrative requirements needed to obtain coverage. - Patient Education: Tri-Unity will provide patient education by a nurse and clinical pharmacist to help patients understand the medication process - Patient Advocate: In partnership with HHIO, every Tri-Unity patient is assigned a Patient Advocate as their one point of contact who will help the patient obtain all the services they need as part of their health treatment. The Patient advocate will coordinate care between insurance, pharmacy and nursing. Upon opening, we will be servicing patients in Michigan, with plans to expand into Illinois and Indiana.
