All our timber is obtained from renewable sources and we constantly review the use of renewable sources for heating and hot water. We constantly strive to improve our waste recycling with a goal of 0% to landfill. We work with local planning authorities to offer homes which meet their specific Code for Sustainable Homes criteria and this may include:increasing the thermal insulation within the ground floors, external walls and roofthe use of solar panelsinstalling air source heat pumpsintroducing flexible floor layouts to meet the 'Lifetime Homes' planning requirementWe deliver homes which are well insulated and energy efficient thereby reducing environmental pollutants and waste.
