TremeBio is building the future of lymphatic-targeted medicine. The lymphatic system has long been overlooked as a route for delivering therapies. We are developing a platform to enable sustained, targeted delivery of therapeutics through the lymphatic system, with the goal of improving treatment across lymphatic disorders, autoimmune diseases, cancer, and other diseases with significant unmet medical need. Through collaborations with leading academic and government partners, including ARPA-H's Groundbreaking Lymphatic Interventions and Drug Exploration (GLIDE) program, we are advancing our platform toward the clinic.
