Everything we do is characterized by several values that guide us, both internally and outside of our assignments. By hiring proven successful consultants who share our values, we ensure the continued success and development of Trekki. It is something we could not achieve with structures and processes alone. Our customers are in both the private and public sectors and in most industries. On the one hand, we see project management and QA as a cross-industry profession, where leadership and communication are the most important skills. The ability to quickly create structure and enthuse both stakeholders and project participants is also important. On the other hand, in addition to these cornerstones, we often also add operational know-how to our customers' projects.
