We cover all major hospitality processes from guest support to human resources planning, where hotels and vacation rentals spend $355 billion on with 10 million employees. We aim to reduce 35% of these costs on the one hand and unlock a new level of guest and employee support that was unattainable before the advent of ChatGPT and multimodal LLMs.
