He has not only been a service electrician for that time period, but has been: Foreman and designer on both low rise and high rise Fire Alarm installations, Foreman on both small and medium commercial tenant improvement projects, Custom new home wiring incorporating both design and installation, Custom home renovations that have included complete re-wiring to eliminate "knob and tube", custom lighting design and installation, Medium size data/voice installations, Fibre Optic installations and splicing, Home theater installations, Legalized Secondary Suites, Monthly facility testing including UPS and Generator maintenance, Lighting Retrofits for both Commercial and Industrial businesses, and Troubleshoot and repair of Variable Speed Drives, Motors, HVAC equipment, and Pumps.
