Treeline Advisory is a strategic finance and board-level advisory practice for growth-stage leadership teams. We work with founders, CEOs, and boards on a small number of focused advisory engagements at a time — sharpening the three things a board most often needs sharpened before the next round of scale: the revenue engine, the financial operating system, and the investor narrative. Treeline is built around a senior outside voice, a light footprint, and a durable cadence. We don't take operator engagements — by design. The practice is founded by Dan Sorensen, a CPA and operating CFO with 15+ years of finance leadership at high-growth SaaS, CPG, and consumer companies — including BetterUp ($4.7B) and Chartbeat — and direct experience supporting $200M+ in capital raised and $100M+ in M&A on the company side.
