Equipment is expensive, critical situations are difficult to repeat and crews often have limited opportunities to prepare before operations begin. Since 1994, Tree C has helped organisations prepare operators, crews and complex operations through realistic simulation. With more than 30 years of experience, we work with industry-leading companies across offshore, subsea, dredging, infrastructure and remote operations. Our simulators give operators a safe environment to learn equipment, practise procedures, respond to incidents and build experience before working with the real system. Multiple trainees can work together in the same simulation, each with their own role, allowing complete crews to practise coordination, communication and shared procedures. Every Tree C simulator is built around the actual operation. We recreate the relevant equipment, environments, behaviour, controls and scenarios by combining our own Simulator Framework with domain-specific simulation technology and project-specific content.
