Trebia Acquisition Corp Information

We are a newly incorporated blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. We have not identified any potential business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any potential business combination target. We will seek to capitalize on the more than 60 years of combined executive experience of our co-founders Frank R. Martire, Jr and William P. Foley, II. Our sponsors, BGPT Trebia LP and Trasimene Trebia LP, are controlled by our co-founders.
