TreaTech is a Swiss Cleantech company founded in 2015 by EPFL engineers. We are bringing to the market a disruptive technology for the treatment of waste transforming it from a liability into valuable resources. TreaTech is addressing the global problems of waste management and stable energy supply. More specifically, our customers are industrial and municipal companies that incinerate their waste today and who are looking for sustainable ways to dispose it. More importantly, they have a high demand for renewable energy in their processes to decrease not only their carbon footprint but also their dependency on imported fossil fuels. At TreaTech we create value from the waste. We’ve developed a technology that converts industrial and municipal waste into methane-rich renewable gas, clean water and fertilizers. The implementation of our system at our customer’s sites will allow companies to create a positive impact at a global level on circular economy, energy independence and climate change mitigation.
