Bahama Breeze is known for fresh, delicious seafood, distinctive chicken dishes and flame-grilled steaks, accompanied by refreshing, hand-crafted tropical drinks including Legendary Island Cocktails – authentic custom-made drinks sourced from world-famous locales and created with the same techniques and ingredients that made them famous. Popular menu items include Jerk Chicken Pasta, Coconut Shrimp, Baby Back Ribs and the Island Hopper. All Bahama Breeze locations are open for lunch and dinner daily, from 11 a.m. until late, and offer call-ahead seating.

Turquoise Bay Dive & Beach Resort started operating in March 18, 2006 in Milton Bight town on Roatan's Northeast shore. The resort is set on a hillside with spectacular ocean views and features a private, tranquil, 500 ft white-sand beach. The property is within a protected bay which makes the water calm and perfect for swimming and kayaking. It is the only dive resort in this lush and remote area of the island which provides clients the opportunity to explore uncrowded, pristine dive sites. The North side of Roatan offers scuba divers and snorkelers the unique opportunity to experience the largest variety of reef topography on the island. Roatan, in the Bay Islands of Honduras, is surrounded by the world's second largest barrier reef that is one of the healthiest in the Caribbean due to the Roatan Marine Park and the local dive community encouraging conservative diving practices. Explore sloping plateaus perfect for spotting macro life, sheer walls with large soft corals and barrel sponges, wreck dives abundant with life, crevices, trenches, overhangs and cavern systems such as two of the most popular dive sites around, Underground and Dolphin's Den.
