TRC Solutions Information

TRC Solutions was established in response to a perceived need for training, consultation and resolution, around staff developing mental health issues while at work. It was felt that employers lacked information and understanding around these common challenges, and that existing services were failing to address the subject in a sensitive and effective way. At TRC Solutions we feel it is vital that our consultants possess not only the qualifications to professionally support employers and their staff, but also the real-life managerial experience that allows them to empathise with our clients, appreciate the difficulties they face in the workplace and help to resolve them in a positive way.
