Transworld Plus is aiming to be a leading player in emerging market fintech and telco sectors. The team will identify companies with either proven and established technologies, or late stage development technologies, and seek to acquire material stakes in them at preferential valuations. There will be a consistent theme between portfolio companies where the technology and services provided by each portfolio member will complement each other; for example by cross-selling services, infilling of end to end or vertically integrated technologies, or establishing in new markets. The Company will seek acquisitions and market entry strategies that can demonstrate early positive cash flow, and ideally avoid substantial marketing burn rates.
