Prime Consulting Solutions was established on september 1, 1975 As Harris Surveying & Engineering. It was a partnership between father J.L. Harris Jr., Land Surveyor, and his son Robin N. Harris, professional engineer. on october 1, 1976, the ownership of the company changed to a partnership between charles M. Harris and Robin N. Harris. in June of 2002 Rodney G. Tenery, Jr. Joined The Team as a survey crew chief and in August 2006 Rodney became the vice president of the corporation. In february of 2010, Robin N. Harris passed ownership of the corporation to Rodney g. Tenery, Jr. who currently owns and operates the company.
