While every load is hand tendered, our web-based system keeps us informed about the status of your load to ensure it arrives as scheduled. It also helps us to report any delays and shipment exceptions when necessary. In addition to the customer’s ability to see their shipment’s status online, our Logistics Managers are notified in real time when a shipment exception occurs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
