Transparency International Belgium Information

Transparency International Belgium is the Belgian chapter of the global organisation Transparency International, the civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption. Transparency International brings people together in a powerful worldwide coalition to end the devastating impact of corruption on men, women and children around the world. Transparency International raises awareness and diminishes apathy and tolerance of corruption, and devises and implements practical actions to address it. Transparency International Belgium fights corruption in the national arena in a number of ways. Since 1995 it brings together relevant players from government, civil society, business and the media to promote transparency in elections and in public administration e.g. in procurement and in business e.g. in the financial sector.
