We offer a full continuum of services including outpatient therapy, residential treatment, withdrawal management, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Nova is licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and accredited by CARF, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. Horizon Health, Inc. is a non-profit organization started in 1991 for the main purpose of providing services for seniors to help them stay living in their homes longer. Since then, Horizon Health, Inc. includes Home Care, Hospice, 4 assisted living facilities, 6 independent living apartments, 2 supported living facilities, and a home for individuals who are transitioning to independent living. Our Faith in Action program coordinates volunteers to drive those who are homebound to doctor appointments. build ramps, and install grab bars.

With two luxury locations in Beverly Hills, Bridges to Recovery specializes in the treatment of mental health issues such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and trauma disorders. We also offer resources for patients to explore various ways to accomplish difficult developmental transitions, establish healthy life patterns, and enhance their sense of well-being. Our interventions are based on a whole-person care model of emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
