TSE engineers perform constructabilty reviews and cost estimating at every phase of project development from concept to final engineering. TSE also provides Construction Management services that include project controls, field inspections, testing, commissioning, change order administration, QA/QC activities, and other related Construction Management tasks. As a highly experienced systems engineering consulting firm, TSE supports manufacturer B&C Transit in design-build signal and communications projects. TSE performs hardware and software engineering, analysis of system performance, safety and security. TSE has also provided comprehensive operations and maintenance manuals for communications, signal, and operations/central control, as well as training materials and on-site training for those systems.
