Transilvania Executive Education (TEE) partners with over 40 international academics from 16 universities worldwide to design and deliver its high-impact educational programmes. Over the years, TEE has built a thriving community of more than 400 graduates, including entrepreneurs and top executives from over 70 companies in Romania and beyond. Through active engagement with global companies, academic leaders, and business professionals, TEE has become a platform for constructive dialogue and shared learning—a community that fosters responsible leadership and long-term impact. Join our programmes, validated by the University of Buckingham (UK): • Executive MBA – This programme is co-designed by the University of Buckingham and TEE business community to give you the tools and the vocabulary to lead in a complex world. Next cohort begins in February 2026! • Management Academy - A fast-track programme designed to accelerate the careers of ambitious executives aiming to enhance their management capabilities beyond functional silos. • Behavioural Economics in Practice - Designed by TEE, in partnership with the Danish consultancy agency iNUDGEyou and BE Hub, this course is the first and only Executive Training in Romania on applied behavioural science, with the aim of smartly growing your business. • Talent Academy - designed for the HR community or those leading teams/projects, who want to connect HR functions with business strategy. Similar to the CIPD programme from the UK. Designed and delivered in partnership with Connect CEE & Dr. Andrew Taylor.
