TransformologyXR's (TXR) vision is to deliver what the company name implies, transformed mixed realities, Providing interactive architectural visualisation for the housebuilding sector by utilising seamless, immersive and user-friendly technology. The National Housebuilding Federation has identified a need for 340,000 homes to be delivered each year by 2031. If the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us anything, it's that having a roof over your head is crucial for both mental well-being and personal safety. We are proud to aid the sector by delivering a platform that not only supports improved operational efficiencies but also democratises technology, allowing home-buyers to design and visualise one of the biggest purchasing decisions they will make in their lifetime. For the first time, customers, housebuilders, suppliers and subcontractors can collaborate on a shared vision for the internal, exterior and interior finishing of a new home pre-build. The use of technology is increasing year-on-year and has arguably accelerated during the pandemic. We have seen advances in hardware and software, increased influence of AI and mixed realities already transforming sales and marketing. Businesses cannot afford to be left behind, with Delloit (2020) predicting that digital technologies can help progress towards enterprise goals such as financial returns and environmental targets. There is an imminent business case to adopt new and emerging technologies, and that's where TXR comes in. We are building our platform with the housebuilder in mind and have already received positive feedback from one of the UK's largest housebuilders. Why? The technology offers a solution to industry-wide problems. TXR will be the first product of its kind on the UK market, which is an achievement in itself.
