Transformative Mindset Solutions LLC (TMS) is a Pittsburgh-based educational organization dedicated to building resilience, self-awareness, and social-emotional skills in young people. We are the creators of SHIFT: Mindset Bridge System™: — a comprehensive, evidence-informed Social Emotional Learning (SEL) program designed for K-12 students. SHIFT equips youth with the mindset tools and practical frameworks they need to navigate life's challenges, regulate emotions, build positive relationships, and move with purpose toward their goals. Our flagship SHIFT program delivers structured, sequential learning through student workbooks, facilitator guides, and measurable outcomes aligned to national SEL standards. We also offer SHIFT Kid for foundational learners (K-4) and instructor certification for educators and youth-serving professionals who want to bring SHIFT to their communities. We partner with school districts, nonprofit organizations, and community institutions across the Pittsburgh region to make transformative SEL programming accessible to every young person who needs it.
