I help and coach finance organisation transform to increase impact. As head of Finance Transformation in Deloitte, I have been privileged to design and executive many transformations. As Finance manager in the industry, I have led transformations from the inside. As independent advisor, I work closely alongside organisations, supporting them on the journey. And seeing the impact that this creates, it what gets me up in the morning. I specialise in three areas: - Finance Transformation: Help defining finance strategies and secure successful execution hereof. - Business Partnering: Setting up organisation, processes and building capabilities to make an impact with business partnering - not the highflying stuff, but practical advises based on practical experiences - Interim finance and project Management: Driving change from the inside – taking lead of project management or temporary management positions.
