The inspiration for TransForm came from Asfaq's vision to create an entity that provides base-level data entry services to companies that were struggling in the aftermath of the dot com bubble. November 2002 saw the inception of Rave Technologies, with a team of just 15 agents and a single office. Steady growth and an ambition to widen the services provided led to Rave Technologies being rechristened TransForm Solution Pvt Ltd in April 2005. The team strength at that time was 30. The widened service offering brought about steady growth and progress for the company and a growth in team size too. The company also started offering Virtual Assistants, a move that has now become the USP of TransForm. Within two years, i.e. in 2007, TransForm managed to stake its claim to the No. 1 preferred vendor position with the world's largest online marketplace for the BPO industry. We have managed to retain this position in the last couple of years, and have also kept up with our growth. Today, TransForm boasts of more than 100 team members, working out of two custom-designed, state-of-the-art offices, and providing services to clients spread across the world.
