Transform & Renew Counseling is a trauma-informed counseling practice serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families in San Antonio and across Texas through virtual therapy. Our clinicians provide support for trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, child and teen mental health, women’s issues, cultural identity concerns, and more. We offer evidence-based approaches including EMDR therapy and trauma-focused care in a warm, collaborative environment.
