Health & wellness for an under representative, un-insured and under-insured demographic. Founding members of the organization are Darnell Jones, RPH and Brayden Misiolek, out of a need to supplement health inequities in the gender diverse community. Core model is to connect with resources for holistic well-being, including social, mental health as well as access to affirming medical care. Providers & resources are vetted, to ensure not only competency but affirming, culturally competent care. We provide both client models (free), to connect to resources through a coordinated, holistic care model. We provide back end provider models, to onboard, educate, and train providers that interface with our community.
