The mission of Trans Workforce is to create a space where trans identifying job seekers can interact without fear of discrimination with employers who are seeking to give equal opportunity to qualified talent. Our goal is to accelerate the upward mobility of people who identify as transgender and those that are gender nonconforming by offering support through advancements in education and especially employment. We create cohesive environments to connect energetic, initiative driven who are looking for opportunities to advance themselves and their communities. We then facilitate and create spaces where these ideas can be connected with aspirational corporations that are eager to successfully achieve their mandates of diversity and inclusion. We are proudly the world’s first career and networking symposium in our category. After the incredible success of our inaugural launch, we are holding our next event on June 20th in Toronto which is World Refugee Day. We've opened registration for the next event and are looking for innovative equal opportunity employers to help us shatter this glass ceiling. We're also always looking for volunteers who would like to be part of Trans Workforce. Lastly, you can also donate towards this historic initiative.
