Trans-Industries provides a diverse array of products to an expanding marketplace. From its original focus of providing mechanical curtain signs to the bus market, Trans-Industries has grown to four distinct product groups serving up to 10 markets. While all product groups have added products into the transportation market, new offerings are sold into the medical, aviation, construction and commercial markets. Product groups now include: mechanical curtain signs, lighting and interior components, passenger information display systems, and industrial environmental systems. The Company's passenger information display systems are comprised of two distinct product groups: electronic sign systems, and on-vehicle intelligent transportation systems. Electronic sign systems feature some of today's most advanced technologies, including high-definition, ultra-bright liquid crystal displays (LCD), and highly-effective light emitting diodes (LED). Coupled with sophisticated thermal temperature control systems, these offerings create dramatic displays that are perfect for any way-finding, information, or promotional/advertising setting. Intelligent transportation system products include LED destination signs, vehicle global positioning (GPS), automated vehicle locator (AVL), automated voice announcement (AVA), passenger counting, dynamic video systems, and "next bus" signs. Trans-Industries' products are recognized as highly reliable, especially under a variety of harsh weather conditions.
