Our goal is to complement the Client-side project team by assuming one or all of the three instrumental roles that are often not resourced by existing Client employees. As the Client-side Trusted Advisor, Project Lead or Project Manager, we ensure a balanced ERP project from the start, and help mitigate the risk of a failed implementation benefiting both the Client and Software Publisher.
