TRAM Developments Information

TRAM manages, operates, and invests in the properties and portfolios they develop. This hands on approach allows TRAM to control all aspects of the development process including leasing, operations, and construction and this results in intimate, rewarding, and profitable relationships with tenants. TRAM Developments is run by Tom Ehrlich who handles acquisitions, asset management and financing. Tom has been active in the real-estate business for over thirty years in both the United States and Canada. In addition to developing shopping centres, Tom was a founding partner of Slate Properties Inc. Partnering with the Blackstone Group, Tom and his partners acquired and repositioned over 3 million square feet of office space from 2005 to 2011 and eventually sold the portfolio to Dundee REIT. Tom is a former Chairman of the Board of the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and continues to be actively involved in that organization. Tom also serves on the Research Committee of University Health Network and is a volunteer and a board member of Project Give Back. Adam joined his father in 2013 after working in the construction and leasing areas of the real-estate business. Adam participates in all aspects of TRAM Developments with specific responsibilities for leasing, tenant relations and day-to-day property operations. Together with a small team of dedicated and experienced personnel, including property accountant Paresh Ganatra and on-site operations individuals Tyrone Daniels, Rick Bhullar, and Craig Harvey, Adam and his team provide a personal and direct approach to property management.
