We provide custom weightlifting programming for anyone who wants to get better with the Olympic lifts. If you have sport or fitness training you already like, you can simply add us to your weekly mix. If you'd like to dedicate yourself to weightlifting, you can use our programming on its own. If you're NOT looking to get better in the Olympic lifts and related barbell lifts, we're not the right fit for you. How do you build a training program that is unique to me? When you first get started with us, you'll build your athlete profile in our mobile application. By measuring more than 15 personal factors, our software determines your strengths and weaknesses and recommends your training frequency, exercises, volume, and weights. Our technology monitors your progress and adjusts the program as your needs and performance evolve. How do paid subscriptions work? To get started with us, you must choose a membership and a payment plan. All memberships auto-renew and auto-bill after the length of billing period. If you choose 1 month, you'll be charged once a month until you cancel. If you choose 1 year, you'll be charged once a year until you cancel. We offer a 7-day free trial with all memberships. During the free trial, you will have full access to your custom program and all the features of our software, including our mobile app. If you decide we're not right for you, just cancel online before the trial period ends and you won't be charged. What mobile platforms do you support? TrainingIQ is available on both iOS and Android.
