Thus our development team has been working with several improvements to make learning experience more effective and enjoyable. Today, as a result TrainEngage allows you to embed needed guidelines as a walk-through directly on your SharePoint site. How does it work then? For example Cloudriven, the parent company of TrainEngage wanted to help their people to use smart ways to share meeting minutes with each other. To adopt new methods they simple added an introduction video on the spot where people open company's shared OneNote file for meeting minutes. They had the video ready so it took less than 1 minute to get the training delivered to all employees.
