trainCast LLC Information

trainCast LLC was formed in 2007. Our goal is to change the way government mandated training is provided, and to lower the barriers to different professions by giving everyone access to high-quality training. From the beginning, the training we created was conceived of less as a form of "podcast," and more as a form of "radio play." We included sound effects, dialogue, pictures and other features to try to make the material more interesting, thereby enhancing the learning experience. Our belief is that e-Learning can be enhanced through both high quality content and the way it is delivered. Recent studies show that e-Learning isn't as good as traditional classroom instruction. It's Better!
