Train Like A Pro Information

Train Like A Pro gives young footballers in Scotland access to the development environment normally reserved for professional academies. Our coaches hold the UEFA A Licence — the qualification required to coach at professional and senior academy level. Players train indoors year-round, supported by the full range of disciplines that surround a professional player: Performance analysis — training and match video, with individual work from our analyst Sports science — testing across the season, tracking speed, power and physical development Mental performance — one-to-one coaching, held in confidence Wellness — ongoing monitoring to inform when to push and when to ease off From this season, every player has their own login to the TLAP Player Portal: their data, their video, their goals, and a classroom for the off-pitch side of the game. Most programmes will tell you a player had a good season. We show you what changed, by how much, and what we did about it.
