Trading Places Information

Trading Places is the best kept secret in Powell, OH! Our store is a spacious 6,300 square feet, and is consistently filled with an ever changing selection of unique, high quality, nearly-new furnishings and home decor, carefully selected from the finest homes in our local community and surrounding areas. In business since 2009, our store's high traffic location continues to draw a loyal following of customers from all over Central Ohio including Decorators, Designers, Home-Stagers and most importantly, savvy shoppers looking for great deals on quality, pre-owned furniture. Prepare to be impressed with the assortment of brand name items that is typical of what you would find in higher end furniture and decor stores, all at a fraction of the retail price! Our attractive vignettes help to envision how items will look in your home and our friendly team members are always willing to give advice. Of course, we would not be able to offer this wonderful merchandise without the thousands of Suppliers (Consignors) who have moved, downsized, relocated or continue to redecorate their homes on a regular basis. Trading Places is a venue and marketplace for sellers to showcase their furniture and home decor, on consignment, and receive top dollar from the proceeds of the sale. Best of all, we create an outlet to recycle furniture and give new life to under-utilized home items. Our inventory turns quickly, therefore, you will find an exciting new store every time you visit. Whether you are looking for decorating ideas, inspiration to complete an existing design or a new reason to redesign your space, come to Trading Places and reDesign it with Consignment.
